The sea in Bretagne
A wave rolling onto the Bretagne coast holds the movement and changing light of the sea.

The sea never repeats itself exactly. A wave gathers, changes shape, and disappears, while the next one is already on its way.
Along the coast in Bretagne, I watched that movement meet the shore. The photograph catches one wave, but what stays with me is the wider rhythm of the place: water arriving, withdrawing, and leaving the coast to the wind again.
It is one of those images that makes me wish I could keep the sound with it. The frame is still, but the memory is full of motion.
Thanks for spending a moment here.Back to stories
